We will undertake this service to determine the status of the administration of the contract (s), the commercial position of the contract (s) and the effectiveness of the supply chain management at agreed periods during the life cycle of the contract. Areas will be identified that require changing and strategies that can be developed to ensure that procedures are in place and are being managed in a timely fashion as required by corporate governance.
