LAW ENFORCEMENT

Crown Court

CAP X personnel provided quantity surveying services for the design and build of a £18m new Crown Court building in Kinston Upon Thames;

URBAN REGENERATION

Community Centre

This project formed part of the “New deals for the Community” public funded scheme in London and involved alterations and refurbishment of an existing property to upgrade it to a modern community centre serving the local community. Cap X provided quantity surveying services during the pre-construction period to the Employer.
