CAP X offers two core principal types of services comprising of "Quantity Surveying" (Cost Management) and "Dispute Avoidance & Resolution" services.

In addition, CAP X has also identified potential future services that individuals within the company may embark upon which comprise of:

Project Management
From feasibility right through to final certificate, CAP X will be the single point of communication with the client. In tandem, CAP X will also be the single point of contact for the design team, other professionals, contractor, sub-contractor’s and suppliers to ensure co-ordination, motivation and management to achieve the project objectives.

Expert Witness
Provide an independent expert opinion on either the whole, or part of the subject matter of a dispute, whether in an adjudication hearing, litigation or arbitration proceedings.

Adjudicator
To provide an interim decision on a dispute referred by one party under the contract

Mediator
To facilitate an agreement to either the whole or part of a dispute prior to entering into formal proceedings or as a first formal option selected by the parties to try and settle their dispute.

Arbitrator
To provide a final binding decision on a dispute (s) including any counter claims.
