Commercial Offices
Including new build, refurbishment, shell and core only and fit-out only for developers and owner occupiers; some schemes incorporated dealer floors, IT communication floors, conference floors, kitchens, vending areas, general offices, meeting and boardrooms; usage of end facility included banks, other financial institutions, law firms, retail firms and travel agencies.

From 3 star to 5 star hotel schemes exceeding 100 guest rooms including all essential back of house facilities, restaurants, conference halls, meeting rooms, bars;
