Representation in Adjudication in proceedings
CAP X has represented parties involved in a number of disputes that resulted in either active or threatened adjudication proceedings under the Housing Grants, Construction & Regeneration Act 1996.
CAP X can, following an early case evaluation prepare and submit the appropriate documentation on behalf of the Referring party or prepare and submit the Responding party’s defence.
CAP X will participate in all adjudication hearings and correspondences and can be the main point of contact for the Adjudicator.
