There are many procurement methods available in the market place in order to achieve the client’s objective (design and build, employer designed, shared employer/contractor design, management contracting, construction management, design build operate and finance, partnering, to name a few) but one method may suit the particular project more than others. CAP X will analyse the different procurement methods available relative to the project in question and make recommendations on which procurement route should be adopted.
An important consideration when embarking upon a construction project is how the rights and obligations are to be defined. CAP X will analyse the overall project in terms of the participant’s roles and responsibilities and produce a contractual framework strategy that defines each party’s role and responsibility.
