Cost Planning
CAP X will prepare an elemental cost plan and produce a cost plan report from feasibility or pre-planning design information which can then be used as the project control cost plan from which all changes and reports are compared against.
The cost plan report will identify the estimated construction costs of the proposed scheme in an elemental format indicating a brief specification of the proposed works following consultation with the design team or suitable allowances for the project specification will be made if certain information is not available. |
