Extension of Time Validation and Ascertainment
	Although the Architect/Contract Administrator/Project Manager are responsible for determining whether any extension of time for completion of the Contract is due, CAP X will provide their opinion on whether additional time should be added onto the completion date and if so, what amount should be awarded.
