Early case evaluation
	CAP X can provide an initial report following a detailed review on all the papers relevant to the potential claim to assist in the decision on whether to proceed with a formal claim and on what basis. CAP X will also identify what options are there to pursue the claim either under the terms of the Contract or under the Law of the Contract. Alternatively, CAP X can provide a report on the merits of the claim and how best to proceed in terms of defending the claim, using alternative dispute resolution techniques or reaching an amicable settlement.
