Cost Estimating
	Following the production of the cost plan and moving to the next design stage, CAP X will value such individual design changes as are put forward by the project team to ensure that all cost movements are managed and reported to the client prior to implementation. This provides the client with the opportunity to decide on whether to proceed with the proposed change including the consequences in both monetary and time implications.
