Cash Flow Forecasts & Cost Reports
Cash management is an important management tool for any construction project and CAP X will produce the overall development cash flow forecast and monitor and update this management tool as the development proceeds. Alternatively, CAP X will produce the construction cost cash flow forecast on a periodic basis to suit the client’s reporting needs.
Cost Reporting of the anticipated out-turn construction cost will be undertaken by CAP X on a periodic basis to suit the reporting needs. CAP X can also produce bespoke development cost reports on behalf of the client to suit the upstream reporting needs and Cost vs. Value reconciliations for Contractors.
