	CAP X has developed a financial model comprising of three principal headings defined as: •  Land Acquisition cost, •  Design and Construction costs and •  Asset disposal costs The financial model provides the framework for an investment decision to be made within 48 hours of receipt of information by CAP X. This may result in a decision on whether to proceed with the project made at the earliest opportunity.
